You do. Trip participants contact us for their reservation. This gives our travel professionals the opportunity to answer any questions and to make note of personal requests. All credit card orders are sent directly to you for processing. Checks are made payable to your organization. This allows you to make scheduled payments to us (so we can pay cruise lines, hotels, and other suppliers)
